1. Definitions

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (payments made from an account not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source account and potential account closure. Deposits are typically credited to your ufo77 account within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 WIB) and within 24 hours for deposits made outside banking hours.

ufo77 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may charge their own processing fees, which are your sole responsibility. All deposits are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Users may request withdrawal of available account balance to their registered bank account or e-wallet subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals for verified accounts are processed automatically.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 200,000,000 per transaction and Rp 500,000,000 per calendar month.

• ufo77 absorbs all bank transfer fees on withdrawals. You receive the exact amount you request without deductions.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

ufo77 operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts demonstrating suspicious activity patterns, including but not limited to:

• Depositing and withdrawing funds with minimal or no betting activity (using the platform as a money transfer service).
• Deposits and withdrawals from multiple different payment sources or frequent changes to registered payment methods.
• Unusually large or frequent transactions inconsistent with your stated occupation or financial profile.

Accounts flagged for AML review may experience delayed withdrawals while investigation is conducted. In cases of confirmed money laundering activity, we will report to appropriate authorities and freeze account balances indefinitely.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

• Colluding with other players to transfer funds or manipulate outcomes.
• Using betting strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonuses (arbitrage betting, matched betting, low-risk roulette strategies).
• Exceeding maximum bet limits while a bonus is active (typically Rp 50,000 per bet/spin).

5. Betting Rules and Game Rules

5.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ufo77 are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. Results posted on third-party websites or social media do not constitute official results.
• If a match or event is postponed, bets remain valid and will be settled when the event is rescheduled, provided it occurs within 48 hours of the original scheduled time. If the event is cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
